Ziba, a Portland, OR-based global innovation and design consultancy firm, was tasked with redesigning how by Daimler Trucks of North America (DTNA) works with and relates to customers. Ziba partnered with Voxity on the nearly year-long ethnography video series project that involved traveling around the United States shooting b-roll and recording interviews with customers. Voxity was instrumental in developing the story structure for the video series. Thus far, we’ve produced over 70 videos that reside on a searchable database exclusively for DTNA use.
